This is a spacious 3 bedroom apartment (sleeps 6) in the centre of the fishing town of L'Ampolla. It has been totally renovated to a high standard, has stunning views across the harbour, and is only 100 metres from the beach. The apartment is fully equipped and has air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher.

The apartment offers an ideal location for a relaxing holiday yet is within easy reach of the many local tourist attractions. The coastline in this area is among the most beautiful and unspoilt in the Mediterranean. L'Ampolla is easily accessible with Ryan Air operating daily flights form the UK and Ireland into Reus only 40 mins away. Additionally there are a selection of low cost airlines operating flights into Barcelona approx. 1 hour 25 mins away.

Deposit – A 25% deposit payment is due to secure the booking. A 50 euro cleaning charge will be added to the price irrespective of the duration.

Security Deposit - There will be a security deposit of 300 Euros payable in cash on arrival (in either local currency or pounds sterling). This deposit will be refunded in full at the end of the holiday subject to the apartment and it´s contents being returned to the property owner in the same condition. Any damages, losses or breakages will be deducted from the security deposit.
